Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination for busy psychiatrist clinic
• Maintain and update medical records accurately
• Verify patient insurance information and collect copays
• Provide clinical assistance as needed during patient visits
• Handle patient communication and front desk operations
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and office software systems

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical or administrative assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claims processing
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using scheduling software
