JOB SUMMARY
This position performs service, repair, installation and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and occasionally light commercial setting. What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
- Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
- Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business
- HVAC experience (service preferred)
- Strong communication skills (this is a big one)
- Pride in your work and how you show up
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Someone who wants to grow—not just punch a clock
- MUST posses a Connecticut B, D, or S license.
