Director

The client is seeking a dynamic and driven Director to lead a powerful subscription-supported community platform, the executive network for leaders in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This role involves platform building, community shaping, and driving growth within the network where AEC firm leaders gather for actionable advice, peer conversations, and business intelligence. The Director will design the future of one of the most influential executive communities, forming deep relationships with CEOs and senior leaders to turn insights into action, aiming to drive membership growth, engagement, and impact. The Director will act as a bridge between best-in-class intellectual property and the real-world challenges faced by AEC leaders. The main responsibilities include elevating the member experience by identifying and delivering value, driving growth through member acquisition and retention, and continuously refining the structure and benefits of the network. The role requires executing these initiatives with precision, ensuring seamless delivery across content, events, and member interactions. The ideal candidate should possess over five years of product leadership experience in a business-to-business membership organization or peer network, with the confidence to engage directly with C-suite executives. A strong marketing instinct and the ability to execute without a prescriptive playbook are essential, while familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred but not required.
