Project Management Professional (PMP) is required. 5+ years of experience in project management including monitoring of finances. Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project. Exceptional and autonomous problem-solving abilities. Clear and concise communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. Knowledge and understanding of Project Management. Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. Experience with Resman, Yardi, RealPage, On-site is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent interpersonal skills. In this role, you will Develop and executive comprehensive project plans, following the Project Management team’s strategy while creating customizations based on project objectives. Independently manage multiple complex projects, simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues. Schedule and lead regular project meetings, prepare and distribute project status reports, and provide updates to project stakeholders and executive leadership. Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor project performance and adjust as needed to ensure successful project completion, including managing changes in scope, timeline, and resources. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and debriefs, and maintain project documentation repository. Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned into future projects. Uphold and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the project team and across the organization. Read, comprehend, and collaborate with Legal on contracts, legal agreements, and vendor documentation to support project planning and evacuation.
