Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. Schedule appointments based on provider availability. Assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency. Address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience and professionalism. Maintain and update patient records accurately. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering when necessary. Communicate office policies to patients. Assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk. Maintain cleanliness of the office and lobby area. Adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines.
