The Biomedical Operations Specialist serves as a liaison between the Biomedical Engineering Department and Biomedical customers. Performs clerical duties and possess strong interpersonal skills in order to run the daily administrative operations of Clinical Engineering. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs and a minimum of 2 years clerical experience. Experience with resource scheduling and computer systems/software. Knowledge of healthcare equipment and vendors. Workplace relationship building. Proficient computer skills, possess exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrate functional competencies. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: AS degree and 2 years clerical experience. Experience with computer software systems, ie Google Workspace, MS Office, etc. Experience with ERP systems. Proficiency in Google Suite of software. Licenses and Certifications Required: Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
