Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Wickliffe, OH. This position involves setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring parts meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $20.00/hr. Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities Set up and operate the #10 Bar Turner according to production specifications. Ensure machinery is in proper working condition before and during operation. Read and interpret work orders and product specifications. Identify correct tooling based on steel grades. Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and tape measures. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding equipment or production issues. Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to all company and safety policies, including ISO 9001:2008 standards. Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read and use measuring instruments (mics, calipers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
