The part-time Recruiter performs a variety of duties related to the recruitment and hiring of seasonal, full-time, and part-time staff. The position handles high volume hiring and requires individuals to operate independently. This position is expected to require approximately 4-20 hours per week, primarily remote. There will also be approximately 2-5 required in-person shifts throughout the season in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities and Duties: Receives, screens, and files incoming applicants. Sources candidates for seasonal part-time positions. Schedules and coordinates interviews. Cohosts and manages high-volume recruiting events. Coordinates with hiring managers for interviews. Extends written and verbal offers. Supports inclusion initiatives throughout the organization. Other duties as assigned. Required Abilities and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in high velocity environment. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Excellent attention to detail. Education and Experience: 0-1 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with high-volume hiring or staffing is strongly desired. Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The employee must be available to work at local events in person. Work is part-time, and shifts are either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
