General Laborer

As part of our labor team, you will work on a variety of construction and building tasks with each project: Responsibilities Clean up and organize materials on the jobsite and at our facility Install concrete foundations Place and finish concrete slab on grade Operate smaller equipment/site work and power tools Erect pre-engineered steel buildings Erect wood stud framed buildings and structures Requirements Good team player with a willingness to learn the “Clouse Way” and share your work experience with others Initiative to clean up jobsite and/or work truck when in-between work tasks or free time Willingness to show up on and/or before start time on a consistent basis and have great attendance Pleasant attitude and work ethic Ability to take direction from experienced employees and peers Benefits Clouse Construction offers both full-time and part-time positions, competitive pay, a great benefits package, and opportunities for profit sharing.
