AWS Data Architect

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing technical architecture and modernization leadership, the contract AWS Data Architect will design migration strategies and assess dependencies across a complex AWS environment, working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Define the overall technical architecture and modernization approach for the AWS environment Design migration strategies across AWS infrastructure, EMR/HBase/Spark, and Java applications Analyze technical dependencies between cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and application runtimes Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and modernization Experience with AWS EMR, HBase, and Spark Strong understanding of Java/Spring application architecture Experience designing cloud/application/data migration strategies Virtual Vocations Inc
