Family Medicine Physician

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
4 days in office, 1 day work from home
Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel
Start with 6 - 10 patients per day, grow to 16 - 20
Call only 1:15 ratio, twice monthly
On call 4 weekends per year
Health system employment with great benefits
Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine required
