This executive leadership role will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting while serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.The CFO will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and operational finance oversight. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare finance, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive organizational performance in a dynamic environment.This is an onsite opportunity offering high visibility and the ability to make a significant impact on the organization’s growth and financial direction.ResponsibilitiesLead all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, and reportingDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectivesProvide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholdersOversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesMonitor financial performance, key metrics, and operational trends to drive business decisionsEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reportingManage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial risk assessmentEstablish and maintain internal controls, policies, and compliance proceduresSupport operational efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimizationPartner cross-functionally with operational and clinical leadership teamsLead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staffCoordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experiencePrior CFO or senior finance leadership experience within the healthcare industry requiredStrong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, reporting, and reimbursement structuresExperience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiativesStrong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial complianceExperience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when neededStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities$185,000 - $220,000 a year#GHJSS #LI-SV1We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
