Shine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant/Sanitation Manager for the 2nd shift to support production operations and ensure sanitation compliance. This role will lead a crew, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with QA and production teams to meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in food production, strong supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
