Great opportunity to join the semiconductor industry! We are a Silicon Valley company that uses chemistry in a clean room environment to support the development of manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. We are also a part of a publicly listed company with multiple entities on the West Coast and so there are plenty of growth opportunities both within our company and in our group.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding order status, invoices, shipping documentation, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel to monitor after-hours pickups, shipments, and required documentation.
• Review and process order confirmations, ensuring pricing, terms, and conditions align with approved contracts, quotes, and customer agreements.
• Maintain accurate records through filing, data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
• Support general office and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow established procedures and instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer service.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data entry tasks.

Work Environment & Collaboration

• Collaborates closely with Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintains regular communication with internal stakeholders to support order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
• Works in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
