Job Summary:

Providing specialized nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), this position requires a flexible and dedicated RN to support patient needs on a per diem basis. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs and assist with advanced clinical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
  
  
• 
  Adapt to changing patient needs and respond swiftly to emergencies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of one year of neonatal or critical care nursing experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to interpret vital signs and lab results accurately.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a strike order basis.
  
  
• 
  Meeting full compliance profile requirements within two weeks of start date.
