RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Following are the core sales activities you'll own as a Sales Representative:

• Travel to and from customers' homes to provide requested estimates for current/future plumbing work
• Prepare necessary estimate paperwork in a timely, professional manner
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by answering any questions customers may have
• Make recommendations for present and future service work

• Proven track record of the high close ratio of in-home sales
• A consistently top sales representative looking to earn more
• Understanding of the sales step process
• First-call closer

· Valid Driver's License· Reliable transportation with the ability to travel frequently · Sales mentality and mindset with exceptional negotiation skills· Outgoing, extroverted personality· Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment· Persuasive communicator – both written and verbal· Extremely organized and detail-driven· Proficient in technology and utilized software
