As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work directly alongside seasoned industry leaders to coordinate critical project workflows from inception to final handover. How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist project managers in coordinating daily administrative and field operations to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Review, track, and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain continuous alignment between field teams and design specifications.
• Monitor project material procurement and schedule deliveries to ensure field crews have resources without causing site delays.
• Attend site progress meetings and record actionable meeting minutes to keep stakeholders updated on project milestones.
• Support cost-tracking efforts by analyzing material usage and labor reports against established project estimates.
• Coordinate quality control inspections to ensure framing and ceiling installations meet strict trade standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field role.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural blueprints and structural shop drawings.
• Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheet applications, and construction document management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with sub-contractors, general contractors, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working specifically within commercial drywall, metal stud framing, or acoustical ceiling trade operations.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or safety management training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
