Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, people-first approach while working as part of a reliable, agile, and innovative team that leads with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Thur: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Support daily operations by observing equipment yards, vehicle traffic, and high‑activity work areas, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
