Account Coordinator, Linear Client Services (News)

JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Client Services is the Account Management team that delivers best‑in‑class service for agency and brand partners. The team focuses on post‑sale campaign execution and stewardship to drive results. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to support client relationships, ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver exceptional service. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Account Executives and Account Managers in maintaining Linear TV deals and converting proposals to orders. Enter and confirm all schedule details (units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, pricing). Communicate across internal departments—Pricing & Planning, Traffic/Operations, Finance/AR, Research, Brand Partnerships, and Client Services—to facilitate flawless deal stewardship and campaign execution. Execute client‑requested changes (brand allocations, commercial movement, etc.) and provide change notices with updated flowcharts. Handle internal schedule changes (programming changes, make‑goods, etc.) and confirm changes to client. Partner with Commercial Ad Operations to obtain missing commercial creative. Assist in monitoring delivery pacing, flag accounts at risk for under‑delivery and book ADUs as needed. Pull pre‑ and post‑logs upon client request. Serve as day‑to‑day contact for agency or client assistants on schedules, capture requests, and resolve issues promptly. Validate invoices against delivery and pricing, resolving discrepancies with Finance/AR. QUALIFICATIONS Prior work or internship experience in media and/or customer service. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Strong process orientation and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency. Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities. Collaborative team player who works well with diverse groups. Proactive problem‑solving and initiative to address client needs. Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment. NICE TO HAVE Bachelor’s degree. PAY & BENEFITS Pay rate is $23.50–25.97 per hour, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
