About the Practice

Join a respected, well-established private OB/GYN practice led by a compassionate physician and supported by a dedicated team of midwives, PAs, and administrative staff.

Highlights include:

• Manageable call schedule: 1 call day per week from home and 1 weekend per month (with post-call day off)
• Busy, efficient office: 25-35 patients per day
• 35-40 deliveries per month
• Supportive team: midwives, PAs, experienced administrator, and front office staff
• Minor procedures at a state-of-the-art facility
• Practice culture built on respect, professionalism, and genuine care for patients and staff

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented OBGYN who values personalized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care: deliveries, prenatal/postnatal care, gynecological procedures
• Collaborate with midwives, PAs, and support staff for seamless patient care
• Participate in call rotation (1 call/week, 1 weekend/month, post-call day off)
• Hospital call is from home

Schedule Options

• Full-time or part-time flexibility available

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• Must reside in NJ
• Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
