Production Supervisor – Temp-to-Hire | $70,000/Year | 1st Shift
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000 annually (temp-to-hire after 90 days)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing food production company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing production and shipping operations, overseeing approximately 120 employees, and ensuring efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across production and shipping departments
• Lead and manage a team of 120+ employees
• Delegate tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure alignment

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in production and/or shipping
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
