Relationship Manager

Job Summary The Relationship Manager strives to be their clients' “go-to” person for all matters that do not require the financial advisor. They will work to maintain positive, productive relationships with client families, non‑profits and other organizations. The RM also fills a critical role internally by supporting the advisor’s efforts in portfolio management and financial planning. Duties Preparing client and prospect presentations Executing transactions & manage cash balances Oversee onboarding of new clients as directed by the advisors Manage account contributions, withdrawals, and gifts Assist advisors with developing financial plans Qualifications Preference given to candidates with a minimum of two years in a support, sales or administrative role in financial services environment, with consideration given to other service industry experience Holds FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (and SIE, if applicable) or is willing to obtain licenses within first six months Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Office Hours 8:30 to 5:00 Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 4:00 Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
