Senior Operating Room Sales Representative, Acute Care and Monitoring (Nashville)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Operating Room Sales Representative for its Acute Care and Monitoring business in Nashville. The role involves selling capital and consumable respiratory monitoring solutions to hospital operating rooms and C-suite executives, with responsibility for territory forecasting, customer relationship management, and revenue generation across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital and consumable product sales addressing respiratory surgical complications to operating room and hospital executive leadership
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maintain existing business and capture competitive growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and territory projections for regional management
• Coordinate clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, in-servicing, and post-sales implementation and support
• Develop, negotiate, and manage profitable customer agreements while maintaining vendor credentialing requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant sales or healthcare experience
• Or Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of medical device, medtech, or life sciences sales experience
• Valid driver's license and residence within greater Nashville, TN area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client interaction abilities
• Experience selling medical capital equipment and consumables in hospital settings
