WHAT YOU'LL DO: As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition leader responsible for both personally driving recruiting execution and building a high-performing, scalable Talent Acquisition function over time. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization while partnering with business leaders to establish talent strategies, strengthen hiring practices, build recruiting infrastructure needed to support BOND's growth. You will bring deep recruiting expertise, strong business partnership, and a data-driven, innovative approach to attracting, assessing, and closing exceptional talent. Recruiting Personally own and execute full cycle recruitment for roles across the organization. Set the standard for recruiting excellence: sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, assessment rigor, and closing. Maintain hands-on market expertise by actively recruiting on a select portfolio, ensuring you deeply understand talent availability, compensation dynamics, and competitive positioning for BOND. Lead major cross-functional/subsidiary hiring initiatives and surge efforts for BOND - batch days, high-volume campaigns, and ramp-to-milestone sprints - acting as the single-threaded owner for program execution. Manage the early career program to include college recruiting and outreach partnerships. Talent Acquisition Strategy Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting strategy across the organization, scaling hiring efforts across multiple disciplines, functions, and geographies. Define and execute the vision for a high-performing, scalable Talent Acquisition function, raising the bar for hiring excellence across the organization. Embed Talent Acquisition as a strategic driver of business success, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and workforce plans. Talent Acquisition Operations & Innovation Build and manage recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure to track pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire. Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including configuration, integrations, workflow design, reporting, and ongoing enhancements. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across the recruitment lifecycle to improve sourcing, screening, coordination, and engagement-while ensuring ethical and compliant practices while preserving high-touch candidate experiences. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices. Ensure the recruitment process delivers a differentiated, positive, and inclusive experience for all candidates. Strengthen employer brand through thoughtful engagement strategies and consistent messaging. WHAT YOU BRING: 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience. Background in building or transforming TA functions (e.g., scaling a TA function, implementing new operating models) Proven experience leading Corporate, Executive, and Field/Operations recruiting in a complex environment Demonstrated success building employer branding and talent marketing strategies Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner at the leadership level Familiarity with modern TA technologies (ATS, CRM, talent intelligence tools) and data-driven recruiting BENEFITS BOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and access to additional voluntary benefits. The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
