Our Client is currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and assembling high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assembling mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Machesney Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
