3+ years of California payroll experience (required) Process beginning to end semi-monthlypayroll cycle of multi-state employees to ensure timely completion Prepare payroll reporting internally and externally Assist in commission review and calculations Address payroll inquiries from employees and management Analyze payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans Maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and labor laws Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policy Preferred Experience and Skills: 2+ years of payroll dealership experience (preferred) College Degree (preferred but not required) Experience in processing payroll in Paylocity (preferred)Excellent communication/organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc. Intermediate Excel skills to include use of pivot tables, xlookups, etc. Self-starter, great work ethic, and commitment to organizational success Exemplary business ethics, professionalism, and integrity Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Blue Compass RV is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
