Major Food Group’s Carbone Miami in Miami Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our wine-forward service team. You will guide guests through wine, sake and champagne selections, matching tastes and budgets with the menu and desserts, and ensuring perfect presentation and serving. The role requires 2–4 years in upscale restaurants, WSET or equivalent certifications preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
