Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial onboarding and setup of new clients and matters within the firms accounting system.
- Review intake information to ensure accuracy and completeness before financial setup.
- Establish and maintain client billing rates, fee arrangements, and matter-specific financial details.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, billing, finance operations, legal billing, or client/matter intake.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
