What You’ll Do: Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve the established goals and objectives Develop, coach and lead all employees at assigned store leveraging management team for support Foster an environment of teamwork and strong communication within the store as well as across the company In addition to managing the location, will assume responsibility for direct customer sales, meeting annual individual sales goals and metrics Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas for assigned location: Sales, Parts and Service.
