Accountant

Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and working within a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash reconciliations

• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation

• Assist with monthly financial statements in accordance with USALI guidelines

• Support annual budgeting and audit processes

• Prepare personal property renditions and FF&E draw requests

• Partner with hotel management and internal teams on accounting-related projects

• Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with stakeholders

• Support additional accounting projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or in progress)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
