Crisis Clinician II
UPMC
UPMC is seeking a Crisis Clinician II (Trainer) to provide advanced crisis assessment, intervention, and training within our integrated behavioral health services. In this role, you will evaluate patients in acute distress, conduct suicide and risk assessments, and develop safety plans through phone, telehealth, and in-person encounters. You will also train and coach staff on evidence-based crisis practices, support quality improvement, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care in a mission-driven, academic health system.
