Job description: ͏ Job Title: SeniorRecruiter – Gig Hiring Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter specializing in Gig/Contract hiring to support high-volume, fast-paced hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding independent contractors (1099) and freelance talent across multiple projects while ensuring compliance, speed, and quality of hire. The ideal candidate has experience in gig workforce hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for gig/freelance (1099) roles Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and skill needs Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn and job boards Freelance platforms Internal databases and referral programs Conduct initial screenings to evaluate: Skills and experience Availability and readiness to join Alignment with project requirements Ensure quick turnaround time to meet aggressive hiring targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified gig talent Coordinate interviews and facilitate client interactions where required Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding requirements are completed accurately Maintain compliance with gig hiring policies (1099 classification, contracts, etc.) Provide regular updates on pipeline, closures, and challenges to stakeholders Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process Required Qualifications 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in: Gig workforce / freelance hiring Contract staffing / RPO environments Strong experience in high-volume sourcing and hiring Familiarity with 1099 hiring model and compliance considerations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong organization and multitasking skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting US market Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools Experience hiring for tech, operations, or digital roles Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics (submittals, closures, TAT) Salary Range 100K to 135K - FTE role Reinvent your world.
