Now we're looking for a marketing leader to help shape what comes next.

Own the growth story for a high-visibility product portfolio spanning North America. In this role you will drive revenue, market penetration, margin expansion, and ROI across our value-added products and services offering, plus specific innovative assets like our flexible-space solution. You will set the product vision, lead a multidisciplinary team, and turn senior leadership's strategic direction into concrete strategies and plans that deliver measurable sales, share, and profit results. It is a role with real internal visibility across disciplines and management, and the mandate to make an impact from day one.

What you'll be doing

•   Run market research and customer surveys to map needs, expectations, and the competitive landscape, and to size opportunities across product lines and the value proposition

•   Lead a small product marketing team focused on growing revenue, market share, and other key financial metrics for our value-added products and services in North America

•   Guide new products through the full lifecycle: business case and justification, development, forecasting, pricing, launch, and marketing

•   Build sales enablement, training, tools, and performance management programs that grow revenue streams

•   Identify, maintain, and pursue margin expansion and other financially accretive programs

•   Own strategic, annual, and marketing planning, and re-planning as conditions shift

•   Lead cross-functional initiatives, inside and outside the organization, that carry marketing plans through to successful execution

•   Champion a strong safety culture and comply with all safety, transportation, and environmental policies

•   Represent the company in community and business settings, connecting our mission and values to the communities we serve

What you bring

•   7+ years of progressive experience in creative product marketing across multiple markets and products, ideally B2B and involving capital products

•   Proven track record developing, launching, and managing product marketing programs

•   5+ years leading cross-functional teams to time-bound product performance outcomes

•   Depth in category management, new product development, product launch, and project management

•   Experience building internal and external programs and toolkits, with clear success-validation metrics and reporting

•   Current, demonstrated engagement with B2B marketing trends and skills

•   Business acumen with sales, operations, and financial understanding

•   Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel

•   Clear, effective written and verbal communication up, down, and across the organization

•   Process-oriented, with hands-on Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) experience
