Qualifications & Experience

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive services
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility preferred
• MTSS consultation/intervention experience strongly preferred
• Skills in adult learning, leadership, and facilitation
• Familiarity with crisis prevention/intervention and compliance laws
• Collaborative communication and relationship-building ability
• Urban, multicultural education experience is a plus
