Make a difference supporting students K-12 by providing comprehensive psychological services within a dynamic educational environment near Saint Paul, MN. This rewarding contract opportunity offers significant flexibility in scheduling, as both full-time and part-time in-person (and hybrid) candidates are encouraged to apply. Working hours typically align with the regular school day from 8 AM to 4 PM. The specific school sites are still being determined, so adaptability and a collaborative mindset will serve you well.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent credential
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license (issued by PELSB)
• Dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive educational service delivery
• Deep understanding and practical experience with evidence-based assessment, interventions, and mental health supports

Preferred Attributes:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Proven consultation and problem-solving skills within an MTSS framework
• Experience in leading and supporting adult learners
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health strategies
• Expertise in special education law and compliance best practices
• Effective communication, collaboration, and trust-building skills across diverse communities
• Background in urban, multicultural educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, provide psychological counseling, and deliver mental health support to K–12 students
• Collaborate with school teams in developing and implementing effective intervention strategies
• Serve as a resource for crisis prevention and response
• Support staff, students, and families with guidance rooted in inclusive practices and compliance requirements
