Job Title: Travel Emergency Room RN - Rotating Shifts (3x12s)

Job Description: Malone Healthcare is seeking a highly adaptable and skilled Travel ER RN for a 13-week contract at a premier Intermountain Health (formerly SCL Health) facility in Billings, MT. This position handles a fast-paced, diverse emergency patient population. Weekly Schedule:

• Shift: Rotating (Days/Nights/Mids based on unit demands)
• Hours Guaranteed: 36 hours per week (3x12s)
• Start Date: June 22, 2026
• On-Call: May be required during regularly scheduled shifts depending on census.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: Strong acute care Emergency Room background. Must be confident working independently in a fast-paced, high-turnover department.
• Licensure: Active Montana (MT) state nursing license or multi-state Compact license.
• Certifications: Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN required, BSN preferred).
• Floating: Flexibility to float to comparable units within your scope of competency based on business need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions including rapid triage, head-to-toe assessments, and targeted emergency interventions.
• Execute delegated medical protocols quickly, including code management, trauma stabilization, IV access, and medication administration.
• Monitor therapy plans and accurately document all patient tracking, treatments, and discharge/admission data in accordance with hospital regulatory guidelines.
• Promote a supportive, family-centered care environment while collaborating effectively with ER physicians and mid-level providers.
