Legal Counsel, IT Services & Contracts

DescriptionSamsung SDS America is looking for a corporate attorney to join our Legal Team. In this role you will work on a variety of technology transactions while supporting senior attorneys in the team and handling special projects as they arise. You will report directly to the General Counsel, providing a wide array of legal services and guidance. The ideal candidate is a ready-to-learn, self-starting attorney that seeks to build a long-term in-house career in a global technology company, takes a holistic approach to business-oriented problem solving, and embodies high standards of ethics and accountability.
