Consilio’s Direct Hire division is partnering with a prestigious law firm client to identify a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its Washington, DC (Dupont Circle) office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. Position Overview The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting all phases of transactional work—from due diligence through closing. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications Paralegal certificate preferred 5+ years of commercial real estate and corporate experience, ideally within a law firm Strong work ethic with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities Coordinate and review title and survey materials; manage pro forma and policy terms Oversee entity formation and maintenance Draft authorizing resolutions and corporate governance documents Manage due diligence processes and track deliverables Abstract contracts and summarize key provisions Prepare and maintain checklists of critical dates and obligations Draft contract amendments and ancillary transaction documents Assist with drafting acquisition, sale, and closing documents Prepare closing statements and officer certificates Organize local counsel opinions and supporting documentation Coordinate all aspects of transaction closings Prepare and finalize closing binders Salary range: $90,000 – $115,000 , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
