Production Associate - 1st Shift Job Summary

The Sewing Machine Operator assembles and finishes custom garments using industrial sewing equipment. This role emphasizes precision, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

• Operate industrial sewing machines
• Sew and assemble garment components to specifications
• Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
• Reliable and able to meet production goals

Work in a stable, union-based environment with ongoing training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities to grow your skills.

Manufacturing floor setting using high-speed sewing machines. Requires sitting/standing for extended periods and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hodgenville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
