Summary: The Inventory Specialist owns the accuracy of every material at InSpec — physically and in the ERP. That covers raw materials, components, printed materials, bulk, and finished goods, from the moment a truck backs into the dock to the moment a pallet ships.

Essential Duties: SOS Inventory, Receiving Truck & Dock, Verification, Storage & Rotation, Work Order Pulls & Production Support, Shipping, Cycle Count, Documentation and cGMP.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Warehouse/Inventory in manufacturing; 1+ years with direct ERP transaction responsibility
• Hands on SOS Inventory, NetSuite, Fishbowl, Sap, Quickbooks Enterprise Inventory or equivalent
• Proven operation of both sit-down and standup
• Direct experience with BOL, packing list and PO verification
• Experience pulling and issuing to WO's, including transfers, allocations and builds
• Demonstrated experience developing or running a program, including discrepancy investigation
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs; heavier loads with mechanical assistance

Preferred:

• FDA - Regulated environment (pharma, OTC Drug, device or supplement) with cGMP knowledge
• Lot traceability, quarantine/release status control, FEFO/FIFO rotation
• SOS Inventory and or QuickBooks Online
• SDS review and chemical storage segregation
• Annual physical inventory and financial reconciliation support
• Bilingual English/Spanish\
