Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and overseeing HVAC installation and retrofit projects.
• Coordinate project activities between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, and material procurement.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information), project documentation, and progress reports.
• Monitor labor productivity, equipment usage, and project costs.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and project closeout documentation.
• Schedule deliveries and ensure materials are available for field crews.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support quality control and safety compliance initiatives.
• Maintain organized project files, permits, warranties, and records.
• Assist in resolving project issues and coordinating corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
