Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven sales leader to lead Reckitt's Sam's Club business. This is a highly visible role with full ownership of the customer relationship, business strategy, and P&L for one of Reckitt's most important retail partners.

As Team Lead, Sam's Club, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and market share while leading a high-performing team and partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and Category Development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy, strengthen executive-level customer partnerships, and help shape the future growth of the Sam's Club business.

Your responsibilities

• Own the Sam's Club business strategy and overall account performance.
• Deliver sales, profit, and market share growth across Reckitt's Health and Hygiene portfolio.Lead customer planning, forecasting, budgeting, and trade investment management.
• Manage and optimize account P&L performance.
• Build strong relationships with key Sam's Club stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer and business objectives.Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial professionals.
• Identify new opportunities for growth across both in-store and online channels.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.7+ years of progressive sales experience within the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Strong Key Account Management experience with national retail customers.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing trade spend, forecasting, budgeting, and customer P&Ls.
• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated success influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

US salary ranges

USD $165,000.00 - $247,000.00
