Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: RN Case Manager Specialty: RN Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours or 8 hours (dependent on operational need) Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management experience License: Active RN license Certifications: N/A Must-Have: 6 months of discharge planning case management experience in an acute care hospital, preferably in a large organization/teaching hospital with 500 beds or more Description: This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates should have at least 2 years of case management experience. Experience must include 6 months of discharge planning case management in an acute care hospital. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in large organizations or teaching hospitals. The shift will typically occur Monday through Friday. Work hours may vary between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts based on operational needs.
