Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring  Med Lab Scientist 2

Position type: Full-time – Contract
Travel: Yes

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Mon-Fri (40 Hour week), 3pm to 11 or 4- till midnight

 

As a Med Lab Scientist 2, you will:

• Performs a full range of laboratory testing and analysis while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts quality control, quality assurance, safety, and infection control activities to maintain accurate and reliable laboratory operations.
• Maintains, calibrates, and troubleshoots laboratory instruments and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Accurately reports test results, manages laboratory inventory, and collaborates effectively with laboratory staff, healthcare teams, and external customers.
• Participates in laboratory projects, educational initiatives, and training activities while demonstrating and teaching laboratory principles and technical skills to others.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of exp,
• MLS certification

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Limited micro; Urine, Throat, molecular.
• Previous experience with PANTHER, COBAS 5800, BEAKER LIS. MLS(ASCP). Urine culture exp
• Epic exp

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Weekly Gross = $2600 - $2900 per week

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
