Director’s Assistant – Business & Personal Support
The Director of Unique Caring Opportunities Inc. is seeking a well-rounded, dependable, and resourceful assistant to provide approximately 30 hours per week of business and personal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and task follow-through.
- Conduct research and identify opportunities and solutions.
- Organize projects, receipts, financial documents, and records.
- Assist with Quick Books, billing, and banking-related organization.
- Coordinate projects, errands, sales of vehicles and other items, and outside services.
- Find and coordinate the right people or vendors when a task requires specialized assistance.
- Bring new ideas, solve problems, and turn plans into action.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong multitasker, quick learner, and creative problem-solver.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and task-driven.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Trustworthy, flexible, tech-savvy, and committed to confidentiality.
- Previous administrative, business support, or project coordination experience preferred.
