Executive Life & Personal Assistant – Part-Time

Seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive person to support an entrepreneur with business and personal organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, appointments, and priorities
Organize tasks and follow-ups
Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and events
Provide accountability and goal support
Help keep the owner focused and organized

Ideal Candidate:
Organized, trustworthy, professional, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable providing respectful accountability.

Experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, coaching, or project management is a plus.
