We are seeking an experienced Home Improvement Canvassing Manager to oversee team development, field operations, and territory performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience building successful canvassing teams within the home improvement industry.

About the Role:As a Home Improvement Canvassing Manager , you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of field operations while helping recruit, train, and develop a strong team culture. You will oversee territory planning, team productivity, and performance initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard field canvassing team members
- Train, coach, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals
- Develop neighborhood coverage strategies and territory plans
- Manage daily field schedules and route assignments
- Monitor team activity, KPIs, and productivity metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve field effectiveness
- Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven team environment
- Proven leadership experience managing canvassing, outreach, or field teams
- Previous experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing territories and field operations
