Key Responsibilities What You'll Do:

Operate box clamp forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, retrieve, and store palletized and boxed merchandise
Safely load/unload inbound and outbound shipments
Accurately verify, stage, and transport products as directed
Maintain inventory records; support with cycle counts and product checks
Perform pre-shift equipment checks and inspections for safety compliance
Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately
Keep work areas organized, clean, and OSHA-compliant

The Right Fit:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of box clamp forklift experience required
Physical Ability: Can lift up to 50 lbs and handle extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills: Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and a proven team player
Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred)
