The successful CFO will be the financial principal of the company, engaging with external stakeholders such as investors, partners, banks, and auditors. They will also be expected to have a proactive communication style, high ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience in SaaS-enabled marketplaces, particularly in forecasting both transactional and recurring revenue, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate who is adept at building and leading a finance function, with a focus on operational excellence and earning trust across the organization.
