Proposal Pricing Analyst III

GENERAL DECRIPTION

Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models.

DUTIES

Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up. Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule. Prepare files for management review of cost proposals. Work in a team hybrid environment. Provide routine administrative support. Other Duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar. Requires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired. Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M. Skilled in verbal and written communication. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. ProPricer experience desired. General Computer Skills required We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs. On occasion must be able to lift 25 pounds. Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders. Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
